Why God Created Little Boys...

God made a world out of his dreams,
Of magic mountains, oceans and streams,
Prairies and plains and wooded land,
Then paused and thought, "I need someone to stand
On top of the mountains, to conquer the seas,
Explore the plains and climb the trees,
Someone to start out small and grow,
Sturdy, strong like a tree" and so...
He created boys, full of spirit and fun,
To explore and conquer, to romp and run,
With dirty faces, banged up chins,
With courageous hearts and boyish grins.
When He had completed the task He'd begun
He surely said, "That's a job well done."

Yay Jeff & Vida!!

Today our close friends found out that they are having a boy! Congratulations guys! We are so excited for you! Only 12 more days till we find out! YESSSS!

What's been happening?

Hey everyone! I thought I would update cha on what we've been doing! As everyone knows we are pregnant and are due in early September of 2008! We have our 20 week ultrasound to find out the sex of the baby on April 23 and we are so excited!

We are going on a cruise to the Carribean for our 3 year anniversary in May. We are going with some of our friends, Jeff & Vida Udink and some of Vida's family. Jeff & Vida are pregnant as well and are about 3 weeks a head of us! It will be nice to have someone pregnant on the cruise to stay behind with me and eat while everyone else goes scuba diving and all the stuff we can't! It will be nice to go and relax since we won't be able to do much traveling once the baby comes. At least for a little while anyway!

Brandon is in school and can't wait for the semester to be over! He is doing really well in all of his classes and even has the high score in a few! He is still working at Varian and is enjoying that.... for now!

As for me, I am still with the State and am enjoying it for the most part. I love the people I work with. I've been here for 2 1/2 years! Crazy how time flies!
