Whew was I late this morning! I set my alarm later than normal becuase I showered last night so I didn't HAVE to get up as early as I normally do. I was so thrilled to be able to sleep in an extra 20 minutes! When I woke up and looked in the mirror I was surprised to see my hair looked as if it hadn't been washed in months! It looked greasy, messy, and just gross! I had taken a shower last night with Sawyer and I remembered shampooing and conditioning my hair..... then I remembered I never washed out my conditioner! D'oh! Brandon does that a LOT and I always make fun of him. I feel like an idiot! I just got so busy playing with Sawyer and making sure he was all washed that it totally slipped my mind! Needless to say I was late to work this morning! :0)
Yesterday was such a BEAutiful day! I was so thrilled to let Sawyer wear his first pair of shorts and sandals! Soooo cute!
Sawyer has been doing the cuttest funny face lately! When he gets upset or wants something he wrinkles his little nose and puckers his little lips! My mom told me he looks so much like me when I was young when he does the FACE! Then, Derik watched him for a little while for me and said "Wow, you can finally tell he's your son!" Yay! He does have some of his momma's traits!
I love the faces kids make! They are so adorable and hilarious!

Stay strong with your money issues and you will be able to stay home. I know it is hard but sacrifices are better than having things. Trust me, I learned that your house and things will always be there but your babies won't. So, take a leap of faith and God will provide and help you! I know that we spend what we make unless we take that leap of faith and just do it. Then the lord provides a way. If you are scared to take that leap then satan leads you the other way and out of fear you don't leap. (I have done it several times.) So, good luck!
